Conventions can be as fun as festivals- to dress up, watch shows, shop and meet fellow nerds of your favorite genre. This was my first steampunk gathering so I had a lot to build. Luckily, my girlfriend is a pro and had her costume all ready to go.

I have always loved the “old-timey” photos when you get dressed in costume with sepia-toned exposure. Instead of getting our photos in a booth, I wanted to take a crack on creating the vintage style on my own. On this pic, I added a lot more grain fx and desaturation on the background than on the subject.
