When you live in Southern California I feel that Mexico is already a huge part of your culture from all the people you know and the holidays, and then when you move away…well it’s always tricky to move a couple thousand miles away. So we were thankful the Krewe de Mayahuel is open to all who want to join the procession and sing and dance.
