The vAuto program is used by car dealers and the Stockwave module is used to track and purchase vehicles at auctions.

The Stockwave module is a newer addition to the software and had a dedicated team for working with dealers for customization and troubleshooting. Recently, the entire support staff has included this module in their daily tasks, but it can take many months to fully learn.
Most of the troubleshooting issues can be corrected by updating the browser settings and/or updating background programs, but each browser has slightly different steps to take. I worked with veteran technicians to find the best practices per browser and created a visual trouble-shooting guide.

These guides were so effective the vAuto company officially adopted them in their reference material.
