The vAuto program is used by car dealers and the Provision module will create competitive prices based on their local market. One feature is to import the appraisal/desking information from the dealership’s third party software.
I created this step-by-step guide for a technician to setup the dealership’s CRM. Most are the same but a few have unique instructions and specific user accounts. I have also included several codes to query the vAuto databases for troubleshooting purposes. These will show successful imports and also the data that is sent from the third party API but is not transferring correctly.
